Your paper should be prepared according to AIAA Manuscript Preparation Kit. Please note that the paper can be no longer than 11 pages single column because this is a student competition. Undergraduate and Graduate Competition papers may have up to two student authors.

Transportation to UC Merced

Personal transporation to UC Merced will not be provided to registered members from hotels. However, transportation may be provided to members on a relevant case-by-case scenario. Furhter inquiries can be directed to the student organizers found on the "Contact Information" tab.

 

Parking for Student Attendees

 Parking is free for all attendees/visitors on Saturday and Sunday at the Bellevue Lot, Le Grand Lot, North Bowl Lots, and the Library Lots. Recommended parking for Saturday and Sunday is in the North Bowl and Legrand Lots. Do not park in judges and speakers reserved spaces. 

Students that will attend the reception on Friday night are able to park in Bellevue Lot by purchasing hourly permits. These are virtual permits that can be purchased at pay stations located within the parking lot. The pay stations accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover cards only. If purchasing with cash or check, hourly permits may be attained at the TAPS office.

All Day (expires at 11:59 pm) - $8.00

 

Parking For Judges and Speakers

Specially marked parking spaces will be allocated for judges and speakers at Le Grand Lot. No payment is needed for these spaces.
